relay in drivers side of boot?

My rear wiper and 3rd brake light are on the blink.

I'm hoping this is the reason for it.

Anyone confirm this? Its just clicking when the wiper switch is turned on.

Yeah the one attached to the silver bracket.

All fuses are fine but no power going to the motor.

Checked it with a volt meter.

it is either the rear wiper or rear heater, i forget, but first job is to see if it clicks

When I put the wiper switch on the relay clicks.

There is no power going to the motor or the 3rd brake light.

I used a voltmeter to check it.

Could well be.

I was just hoping someone would say yeah its the relay and it would be a easy fix.

I will have a better look tomorrow.

Can't believe no one knows what this relay does.

The rear heater glass works fine.

It only clicks when I turn the rear wiper on.

Could anyone unplug their relay and see if their 3rd brake light and rear wiper still work?

I can't find any loom damage and don't want to start ripping out the rear interiour panels if I don't have to.

Hi there im a new member, and have a similar problem, Was this ever resloved at all?

Everytime i turn on the rear wiper i just hear a click, i thought it was the motor, so bought a second hand one, only to have the same problem, so i assume the motors are fine, iot must be to do with the connection, but im unsure what to replace or fix??
