rear strut brace

Hey guys,

I'm wondering what handling benefits you would get from a single bar style rear strut brace (across the rear struts, not the bar people install above passengers heads)?

The rears are already a solid axle so... I'm dubious of wanting a piece of JDM style gear for $350 delivered from importmonster when it could serve literally no benefit on my handling..

Any input appreciated guys :D

haha ok so I talk the talk, but WTF CAN I get one fabricated in brisbane?

Quick question, the 3 door and 5 door slx's all have the same wheel base, so they'd use the same strut bars right?

A strut brace mounted in the rear of the K11 via the pillow-rubber strut tops will do stuff all and will be for aesthetics only.

Even bracing a single bar between each wheel arch to the sheet metal will not do much. The K11's rear end gets its rigidity from the floorpan as that's where its control arms bolt to.
