Rear shocks.

I've just replaced my cars original rear shocks with new ones.
I was a little surprised in that although the old shocks were a bit softer in feel then the new KYB's. They still seemed to be working okay, there were no leaks and the resistance was even both going in and out.
I know this is not the same as testing them on a machine but for 12yo old shocks with 302,000k's on them I reckon they have held up remarkably well.

Springs are King's. They have one set available for the Micra (or used to)they lower it a bit from stock but I don't know the actual rate.

The rear shocks are KYB excel G. Most places that do suspension can get them for you. Just ask around to get prices. Seem to be about $160 for the pair although some guys reckon you can get them cheaper.
