springs and shocks

i ahve loooked through previous threads and coulden relli find what i was loking for was woundering if anybody could point me in the right direction i am after shocks both front and rear for my 1997 slx it's for oval track racing so i need them to be hard and soft adjustable anybody got any ideas

how much for just the shocks and rear springs how low will it drop with the springs

springs will drop approx 1 1/2"-2"....springs,$149.00 a pair....front and rear shocks around the $300.00 mark...
