rear shocks

hey all. i need to replace a rear shock on my car as its been giving me some trouble for some time now. i have seen some boge oil filled ones on ebay and wonderd if they would be ok (i have a standard spring setup)

also as money it tight at the moment is it ok to just change one shock or is it advisable to do both at the same time?

one more thing is it worth changing the springs aswell as im not going to lower her for a while yet

Boge's are excellent! i have those all round. I'd recommend you change them in pairs though. No point changing the springs unless they're nackered, especially for another standard set

yup on mine too!!!

However, I got my rears for £9 each +VAT from eurocarparts over the counter...so if you go there you could get 2 for the price of one

my dampers are the same I'm sure but my box was dark blue though

I'll dig for a link to a pic of mine

for info....the fronts were £ 24 each + VAT

brilliant! i have sent them an email and they also have a store in cardiff it seems a steal at that price ! as soon as i get payed ill be down there
