Problems heard from front left

Not so long ago I heard some noises from the front left, I also got noises when turning. Which have recently been rectified by replacing cv joint. It is still making a sound as if something is slipping. Occasionally when coming to brake I hear a knocking and can only hope it's the same problem. Sorry if I haven't been very descriptive. Any help gladly received

Just been around the car swinging on it and no noticeable movement from things being loose. After spending 200 quid to replace a rear axle that rusted through I am pretty reluctant to spend anymore money on it. If it brakes I will fix it.

Hello, just my opinion but sounds like the ball joint on the lowere suspension arm, especially if you replaced the cv joint, also could be the track rod end?
