Thanks for the comments all!

Ed: Mmm, maybe a little bit :p I don't get to go anywhere nearly as much as I'd like to though!
I like your bolt too - very brave!

Pixieness: Pics 1 + 2 were taken at a burnt out Little Chef, 3 was taken at Severalls, a disused asylum (been there twice :D ) and 4 was taken with my friend's camera (as I don't have anything that advanced) at Farleigh Down Tunnel near Bath with an ickle bit of light painting

Nice pics too, Robb - the intersection one is fantastic :D

yup they arent working, are you uploading from FlickR? I found it easier to use photobucket and specify 640x480 then upload.

Our websites down atm as my husbands been pratting on with it but we're both quite mad keen on photography, he's more in to film camera and im a fan of digital. But these are 3 of my favourites that ive got backed up from the website

First one was taken on film camera without filters, the 2nd middle one was film with filters to try to tweak the clarity as it was hazy, and the last one was a raw digital shot with nothing used, the sky couldnt have been any bluer if i had tried!!

Im sad that my all time favourite photo ive taken has been munched by the website atm, and i cant get on to photobucket at work to copy it over.

Solarice: It's creepy enough in the day! Doors slamming and sitting in cells on your own - not good for the imagination!

I have been in one where it was getting dark - verrrry creepy!

woah!!! there are some amazing pics!!!!

i think i wont post my website lol save the embarrassment lol

Come on Nex! I love everyone's photos - it's interesting to see what everyone's different passions are: wildlife, portraits, landscape... I'm loving this thread so much! :grinning:

My Flickr account is less an "arty" one, more "where I shove my photos" lol

I do quite like these ones I took in Las Vegas (unfortunately it was a camera phone though):

This one in Boston, I was discussing with my cousin, if you saw this one morning before work you'd just go back inside!

Hahaha! Nex!!!!! A CLEAR case of false modesty, which is not tolerated by teachers you know :grinning:

*dreams of owning a fisheye lens*

Nex... you have a bloomin cheek saying your embarassed! I fancy a fisheye i have an almost fisheye a 10-20mm and im so so chuffed Im getting a canon 100mm macro next week :D:D

Nex, did you ever post your pics from the meet?
Emily's jealous of your fisheye lense, one for her's is like £700 :(

I got a cool one of you on the way back!

ooh thanks everyone for the nice comments :D the secret to the fisheye is that it is a vintage one so it was like £10, it means you have to do all the light settings etc yourself but you get a nice shot :D

i keep meaning to get the Exeter meet pics up, haven't plugged my camera in yet lol

Not got a dedicated site but tend to drop almost everything I take into facebook, I suppose I ought to filter out the chaff and put the better stuff up on flickr.

Not got a digi cam at the minute so most of my shots are taken on my ancient point and shoot work cam. Would like to get myself a canon 400d at some point just to give me a bit of flexibility and perhaps allow me to play around with composition and settings.

OK OK I've just locked in on a link... I've only got a few pics up there and the ones I have were taken by mum but...
