Performance parts

I was thinking of getting these parts for my k11 cg13de...Does anyone have experience with them and if so, how would you rate them?

Janspeed Manifold and full exhaust system
Helix racing clutch
K&N filters 57i induction kit
Splitfire Twin Core ignition leads
Denso Iridium power spark plugs
Brembo brake discs
Apex Lowering springs(30mm)and stops body roll.

They're the parts on my list so far. Any ideas for more stuff let me know.

This is not on my list,(FSE Power Boost Valve). Should I put this on?

Car is already running 0-60 mph in 6.7- 7.2 seconds(Or was a year ago before I took it off the road to prepare it for the track).

It's not stock. The guy who owned it before me has mods done but the other visible parts where taken off because they were easily accessible. I'm building it up.

It's not stock. The guy who owned it before me has High lift cams, Valves upgraded, high compression pistons and an upgraded ecu. Probably more but the other parts where taken off because they were easily accessible. I'm building it back up again.

in that case, i would go for a lightened flywheel, full exhaust system (40mm + ), a GA16 throttlebody and airbox, and 50mm springs andy (and dont think you will gain from the other items personally)

to get 6.7-7.2 second 0-60 would be massive... Like sr20 kind of power in there. What mods has he done i would be looking into checking that time again sounds way off

i doubt very much a naturally aspirated micra would do those numbers....maybe with a good turbo set up you could achieve this...
