Only 2 speedo lights working!

The story goes, I swapped my clock lights for LEDs a while back but they started flickering and then a few went completely and I ended up changing back to the original bulbs but only 2 are working now and it's really annoying me. Ive tried endless bulb/holder combinations and nothing seems to work and I'm beginning to think it's a problem with the contacts on the circuit, any thoughts or anyone had the same problem? allright boyo, check the tracks on the back of the dials, the copper ones going round to different parts, you may have scratched one. if they look fine it could be the contacts

Hey alex, the copper tracks that the bulb contacts touches looks scratched/shiny where the bulb holder is turned to fix it in place, is the copper knackered? Any idea what I can do to make it a good circuit again?
