lol. this the the most awesome thread ever. mate i dont think there is anything you can do, you just have to sort them out afterwards. but the helmet will get worn so it will be fine.

Cheers guys! I had thought of tying string to the tops of my ears so that I could pull it upwards when the helmet was on to pop my ears back into the correct position :laugh:.

Haha, lengendary i used to have a fullface for the ol' mountain bike...pull it on, then halfway off till yer lugs pop up, and then back on again mate (Y)

should be able to push the foam on the inside outwards then slide on your noggin

Cheers Shaun, just about got the nack now. It's new so the foam is still very firm. I put it on the other day wearing my works clothes (black kecks, shirt, shoes and coat) and I looked like the anti-Stig :laugh:.

Not ideal if you wear glasses though, you can't get them to hook over the ears!
