Im looking into installing some Oil Temp/Pressure gauges but been told i need a sandwich plate to do so. Anyone able to verify this for me pelase?

Sandwich plate will be the easiest way to fit them imo...hard part is making sure youve got clearance (which is why i went with a relocation kit) and that the input threads match your senders / oil feeds :)

which relocation kit did you use?

Ive got a greddy trust one (cheap from japan)...like this one :

tbh if you can find the sandwich plates like the one in the pic (as it clears everything and doesnt leak -- theres a pic in my build thread iirc showing clearance) you can sort the rest out yourself as the kit uses earls fittings and hoses.

the plug in the head is fine for pressure, thread size is 1/8th BSP.

however to measure the oil temperature you need flow of oil, so a sandwich plate may be the only option
