North west/east/middle meetings

hi

is there a mojority of meeting for the norths held on the east side, as i have seen wuite a few for tyne side etc... is there noone meeting / no members manchester or preston way?

When both the North Easters and Westers get together we normally meet half way at ferrybridge services.

There hasn't been Northwest only get together in ages
 
i think it would be an idea to have a north west / east meet soon although looking back there has just been an east meet at ferrybridge in november?

i didnt know how many north west's there are ( i thought i was the only one :D)
 
i'd pop along n say hello as im in St Helens.

somewhere like snipe retail park in manchester is where we had the last NW meet...this is going back a good few years now though!

Southport would be a nice place to meet, at the water
 
yer southport would be nice area to meet especialy if the weathers nice a cool sea breeze blowing in off the coast oooh yer Southport sounds good, Or there's Aston Moss in Manchester again as there is a KFC after all.

I presume by the water you mean that long thin carpark? The one that people race up and down.
 
any more advancement on the possibility of this meet as it would be nice to actualy "meet" some of you guys and see the beasts?

just booked the bowling its booked for 4pm (so if any one gets lost or stuck in traffic they can make it) were booked in for 2 games but if we want just the 1 or more than 2 we just have to say.

OL6 7UB this gets you onto Lord Sheldon Way, cineworld and hollywood bowl are just off the big roundabout.

its £4.25 per person per game.

if we meet at 3pm behind cineworld then it gives the people coming further time to get here as they might get stuck in traffic or lost. it gives us time to have a look at each others cars.

heres the pic that we managed to get before we were told to break up by cineworld staff ( probably thought we were going to do donughts round the car park :laugh:) so we scattered round the car park and went bowling hope every one had fun!

Chippedwood can arrange the next one in southport! :p:D
