Nissan Micra not open

Today my Nissan Micra 1.5 dCi not be opened by remote control. I replaced the battery 3v clean the contacts of the remote control with alcohol, but nothing to do so or removed the lock cover to open it with the key manually, but nothing has the key turns left and right but does not open the machine. What I would do it again and manually with the key does not open ... thanks
