Newbie questions

I have some newbie questions that i'd appreciate help with. I have a micra 1.0 2002.

1. How would i go about getting a spare key? and how much
would it cost?

2. What is the tyre pressure for a micra 1.0 2002.

3. How would i go about getting a replacement cap for the
water bottle?

4. Where could i get a rear wiper arm.

Guess 3/4 are a scrappy?
