New tyres. Need help

Hello. I have Nissan Micra k11 1.0. I need to change my old tyres so i was thinking to go on wider ones. Rims are 13x5 ET45 and old tyres are 155/70 r13.
I want to change to 175/65 r13.
Can i put 175/75 r13 tyres on 13x5 ET45 rims? Are they going to fit?

175 should be not a problem, I'm using 175/50 @ 7X15 -plenty of space in every direction

Nice to hear.
I was a bit skeptical at first for 175 on 5j rim.
I'll look around for 175/50 r13 tyres. They look great.
