New repair shop.

Hi All, I've just started using a new car repair garage in Croydon "CMR" Cogswell Motor Repairs. And they know alot more about the Micra's than most people as the owner used to race them in rallying & other racing event's. Mr Cogswell told me that when I refit my reconditioned throlly body back on the car it will sound racey and I need to the drive the car more than 15miles to reset the ECU automatically, does that sound correct to you ? Ecu has a self learn that is reset by removing the battery. So if they remove the battery (they should as changing tb) it will need to learn stuff agian and this will happen the first few miles. So yeah they are correct
