New Micra, sagging door

Hi Guys, like the forum, hoping someone can give me some advice...

My Micras driver side door is sagging and catching the sill, Does anyone know how to sort this out short of changing the hinges?

Thanks

Do you loosen the hinge bolts first, try to shut the door with it in there and then re-tighten? Or an I way off?

Thanks

There's a guide knocking around somewhere on how to do it, but I've never needed to do it so I don't want to suggest how to do just in case

there is a locating boss on the A pillar (top and bottom) that prevents any adjustment, so brute force like karl say,s, or slot the holes
a search on "plank" will bring as few threads up :)

So I guess lifting just bends the pin/joint pulling the door back up?

How much do you have to lift, just a bit?

I've been planning this a while just not ballsy enough yet

it reworks the door shell/frame scott, and you have to lift it till the mirror surround touches the top of the wing edge (any further and it will chip the paint off)
i will probably foul the striker when you shut the door, adjustment may be needed
