New Instrument Cluster Lights

Finally got around to changing some dead and dying instrument cluster lights yesterday. Haynes reads, 3 screws and remove the cowling front for access to the cluster. Not on my car! There was a fourth screw under the cowling that could only be reached by removing the four screws that secure the top and bottom of the steering column cowling and shifting the top part to one side. After removing that fourth screw the whole cowling, front and bubble back, which are screwed together, came off.

Struggled with all that for an hour or so, muttering mild epitaths all the while, but finally got it done. Instruments look pretty good lit up in blue.

mine are blue, it's hard to see the red bit's though in mine, driving on the night and trying to guess how far into the red your are on fuel guage isn't fun. lol.
looks good though

Incidentally, clever of Nissan to put those little condom-like rubber sleeves on the original lights to change them from white to blue.
