Rollin' with Diesel and V8 Power
Well, here it is. As much as I hated Winston the MX5 sometimes, I'm sure missing him since I've been driving this thing.
No offence to anyone who owns one, or who has owned one but I am not loving it. At all.
First impressions are: It feels disconnected with the road, it feels like I'm driving a lorry - My height is on par with vans in this thing, it's a 1.4 so barely moves, it is as dull as dishwater, and mpg isn't great at the moment (but I am driving it like I stole it currently.)
I have named all 3 cars I've owned, but this one doesn't deserve a name. It is simply 'car', or 'Blandmobile'.
Yes I know I agreed to the swap, I did need a cheaper car to run, but after Xmas, another Micra is DEFINITELY on the cards. At least I won't fall asleep on the commute.
Also sorry to anyone who can't see the Facebook pictures, but its REALLY not worth the effort to post onto Photobucket.
And I'm not bothering to blank the numberplate either. Again, really is too much effort!
One positive, it's the newest car I've ever owned! :laugh:
