Mobile mechanic

Hi everybody,
Following on from my previous thread
I would like to offer my services to you guys!

I'm a fully qualified level 3 nvq mechanic, I am 24 so fairly young but have been working on cars since I was a nipper!!

My experience is:
  • 3 years tuning and diagnosis and general mechanical repairs at a local tuning garage
  • 5 years at Fords usual mechanical work from a dealer of new and used cars

Currently I am a postman as I lost my job in February, but the beauty of this is I have the afternoon to myself to do work! Once I get a steady flow of work I will work permanently as a mobile mechanic but for now only part time so spaces for work are limited.I will be working from my micra as I sold my van when I lost my job, I have pretty much every hand tool imaginable as I'm a snap on whore, but currently have no engine crane and it would be a push getting it in the micra.

Most work will be accepted

I live in cw8 area northwich and and only feasably work in around the Cheshire area otherwise fuel costs would make it pointless

So anyone interested message me and we'll discuss the work

My own projects:
  • 1000cc fiesta mk3 - 1600rs turbo swap
  • 1500cc civic- 1600cc b16a2 swap then turboed it
  • 1800cc integra turboed then jr supercharged
  • 2000cc rb20e skyline r33 / 2500cc rb25det 350bhp tuned
  • S14 auto - manual tuned to 280bhp now being rb25 swap or ls1 v8
  • K10 micra just began the learning maybe some turbo swap

You need to speak to Kev regarding trading on the site, at least to let him know and that he is ok with it. Good luck with the mobile mechanic work, best off putting some pictures up of your cars/work

Mike

thanks mike, i will gather my pictures of my past cars!
i have spoken to Kev about it and he's sending the trader stuff(Y)

* 1500cc civic (sell, boring)
* 1800cc integra (Sell, its just a Rover coupe underneath)
* 2000cc rb20e skyline (Keep, rig up an A frame and some chains, you could use this as an engine crane!)
* S14 auto (Keep, handy big boot for scrappy runs)
* K10 micra

You're in Northwich, how wide an area do you cover?
Are there any areas you specialise in?

Just we have a Mitsy Legnum VR4 in on Monday for a clutch and brake pipes and no-one wants to do it! :laugh:

pretty much the cheshire area, dont really specialise im a jap fanboy and kinda not fond of anything none jap but id say nissans and hondas are my main field of expertise as ive owned alot of hondas and nissans, but any car is a car im just happier with jap stuff.
not got a brake pipe flaring tool yet so wouldnt be able to do the pipes and the clutch would be fun lol im sure you guys can manage 4wd fun:p

And I can travel further as long as the travel costs are taken into consideration as they will be added to the cost of the work won't be much extra, hopefully my trader status will be sorted soon maybe I'll get my own section lol doubtful. I'll figure out some ball park prices for straight forward work, like brakes, servicing, etc just to give an idea of how cheap My work is! It's getting cold and wet out so if you can't be bothered I can, give me a shout either post here or pm and we can discuss work and prices
Also
[email protected] will add a mobile as I'm getting a work phone don't want to post my private number
:)

I'm happy to cover most of the northwest, I will be buying a new van after Christmas which will make life easier
Anyone wanting ANY work on ANY vehicle given me a message I'll work out a price and we will agree a time/date to do it!
