no its just a breather pipe for the gearbox that joins the breather pipe for the carbon canister by the looks of it

About a month ago I almost had a panic attack when I was fitting my air intake back together because I couldn't remember removing a pipe and that one was just floating around - traced it back to the gearbox as you have and yeah, there's nothing to worry about
