I brought this micra 2 moths ago with 60K on the clock. A week later the EML came on and my local mechanic diagnosed it as Bank 1 Lambda Sensor. First I purchased a second hand sensor but it did not work, then I purchased a new sensor and it was Ok. But a week later the cars idle became eratic, it idles at about 1500 to 1800 rpm.I have replaced the throttle body with a new one but still the same problem. Also the EML has come back on.It drinks a lot of fuel as well. Has anyone else has had similar problems? Shall I book it with a Nissan Dealer or does anyone know of a Specialist Micra Mechanic? Any help would be greatley appreciated.
