what presure does that give you? and do you know if that plug is already in the micra loom or will the existing plug have to be cut off and that one wired in?

the pressure will not change thats the fuel reg that sets that but flow rate is tested at 3bar
and you will probably have to cut exisiting plug off micra loom and connect new plug supplied
very simple job to do

As Allen said, its a worthwhile job if your going to be doing any serious tuning of any kind.

Hard to say since I dont know the condition or flow rates of your (old) stock pumps, I would say generally people seem to always overlook the fuel pump side of things. It was one of the first things i did on the ST. Then there could be no question as to if the pump was good or not. Its a small price to pay tbh for ensuring your fuel system is upto spec. As for state of tune, i would say that anyone with 100+ bhp should at least consider one.
