Lowering the back of your micra without spending money?

Just a quick question regarding the rear suspension.

Could the two rubbers be swapped around from top to bottom so that the thinner one is on the bottom therefore pulling the body down and the thicker one on the top to take up the slack and would it be safe?

p.s i did it a while ago and it took 10mm off

If you are gunna do it without spending cut the springs, but would be bouncy as anything. What skymera said is very true! You get back what you put in

ive a;ready got 40mm lowering springs and blistien stiff shocks a was just wondering if switching the rubbers around on the strut mount would be safe?

take the springs out

Or get loads of heavy things from your house and put them in the boot .
