lowering advice

Hi guys, I would like to lower my k11 but I would not like to ruin the ride too much.

What are peoples thought's on 50mm springs? Do I have to upgrade the coilovers?

Aalso does anyone have a photo one on 50mm springs. Would like to see how it sits

Thank you :)

I shall Google that as I don't have clue what that is, lol also will it make it bouncy if I lower it with springs on standard coilovers? Thanks

Coil overs are a whole different kettle of fish.
Ideally you need suitable shocks for lowering springs. I've heardof no problems with standard equipment being used though.
A car will only be bouncy if you have worn out shocks or too soft a spring
Search for "the official Msc lowering guide" on here for some more advice

A panhard rod is part of your rear axle setup. As you lower the car the axle shifts to the side. Causing the car to essentially crab down the road.
An adjustable panhard rod will fix that issue
See @Noddie a member on here who makes good quality Micra specific ones :)

50mm springs and standard shocks will be fine.
For the same price you may be able to get a polo coilover kit which can be made to fit :)

Thanks guys! i need to have a think about it, i have always cained my mates for lowering there cars, as i just like to bomb over speed bumps at 30 odd :p
