Little red flashing light on the fascia

Hi guys I've owned my micra for around 4 months now and I've never figured out what the little red flashing light on the fascia is haha! It's on the bit just below the heater controls next to the recirculating air and drawn air from the front control

Is yours a facelift?
I think it might be the immobiliser

Yeah the 2000 k11 1.0ltr! and I thought so, When you turn the ignition on it stops flashing so yeah! Thanks!!
