kit or filter

hi
whats worth the money.. a K&N replacent air filter or the kit?? is £30 and £50 worth it for the above respectively? thanks I need some more BHP!!! will the standard SR exhaust be ok for the extra bit of power? i dont want to replace it..and how much increase will the above make??

The air filter is called an 'element' and the kit is the induction kit. Havent tried the element filter but the kit is good, very nice noise. standard exhaust will be fine as it will probably only add 2-3bhp max.
