K11 Temparture Gaudge

Since having the new Micra, i notice the Temprature gauge keeps going to red, staying for some time, and going back again to normal, its really anoying as, its almost as if there is a loose wire, and its reading 100% at random times...

Anyone had this problem and know what it might be?

does it go up during normal driving conditions? or for instance, just when you're struck in traffic?

Randomly, Be it on the motorway, or at traffic lights...

give it a tap on the front of the plastic infront and it should drop back to normal, my old LX deevloped this problem poo'd myself when it first happened. only seemed to happen in the cold weather also, very odd.
