K11 Induction Kit....

Hi everyone i have an L reg K11 ... and ima searching for a Induction kit.
Im looking to hopefully send under £60 including postage... just wondering where you guys get yours?
Anyone have any suggestions for places to get them from/which one??

Fleabay mate!This is the one i bought...just had to replace the thin blue hose with thicker stuff as it was kinking :laugh:

Oh right, and i take it thats been ok for you? What did you replace the blue tube with?..does it just bolt on? never fitted an induction kit befor?

the blue hose that goes to the rocker oil breather kinks slightly, its not essential to replace it, all it does it put oil back into your engine via the thrrottle body.

ahha i see, sounds pretty schweet, i may have to get my self one...**logs into ebay**..

so it is the case of just taking the old air box of and bolting the new fiter on?
gonna search for a guide on here if there is one!

Iv just orderd that induction kit, will be with me within 3-5 working days supposadly....
Hopefully it is as good as it looks.....
Cant seem to find instructions or a guide on how to fit them anywhere though??

its easy mate, just undo the hose clip and the airbox will pop off, then put the induction kit on.

Did you have have an induction kit modded?

If there are any gains, did that give more, or does your almera box give more?

not much in it tbh, the airbox is probably a little better though.

Would there be any gains to put a replacement K&N 33-2060 into standard k11 air box?

yes as the stock airbox shields the filter from ambient warm air.
you wouldnt notice a bhp gain but more of a throttle response difference.

I'm also thinking of putting an Induction Kit on my Micra at the weekend
Managed to pick one up from a friend, not sure who it's made by though

I've got an R reg K11, would you say any will fit?
