K11 Common Problems?

Hopefully going to look at a preface lift k11 today. Are there any common problems with them that I should look out for? Or any bits that are prone to rusting?

Front cross member rusts badly.
Check sills most preface have had at least a couple of patches welded because of age... Take a old screw driver and tap anywhere that's looking bad.
Ask questions about servicing and anything they may have had done.

That's my specialty although I shall be taking a friend of mine with me who knows quite a bit about cars and best places to check for rust etc. He used to drive a micra so should be able to give me a guiding hand.

Check rear spring cups they rust out alot,

Just bought a lovely little 5 door 97 plate k11. She seems in near perfect condition the only slight issue i have with it is that its 5 doors not 3 but i'll get over that.
