Indicator flasher speed modification?

Hi, just wondering if anyone out there knows how i may be able to decrease the indicator flasher speed? Have bought and fitted sequential indicators and load resistors, however the light only gets half way across the LED (light not staying on long enough). Would this be a replacement/modified flasher unit job? If so has anyone got an idea where i might get one?

You could replace the timed relay with a normal one and power it using a simple 555 timer circuit. With the correct capacitor/resistor you'll be able to get the required result.
