in need on advice what to do with a crash and claims and insurence please help!!

basicly i had a crash today wasnt my fult the lad didnt admit t was his fult =[ anyway my cousins in claims and i got a broken colla bone whip laash and he saying he can sort it all out but do i have to contact my insurence first tomorro or go to him then my insurence? im confused its my first crash ever! =[
