If my airflow meter is damaged

What are the effects?

Engine idle speed is irratic.
Engine stalls when you try to pull away.

Ah, so it mustn't be that. My micra is a/t and i noticed that when it changes gear, it seems to be rough. It might be normal. Also, I noticed, when I step on the brakes, a little sound comes out.

Auto gearbox service - full fuid flush & new filter. Not sure on the autos with the k11 but there could be tolerances to inspect and adjust if required too.

As for the brakes, they're vacuum assisted. So yes you will hear a noise through the intake when you step on the brakes. Usually all the factory airbox and air snorkel system will drown out these noises though.

Yom, where do I find the gear box? You have a picture of where it is?

the gearbox is located on the right side of the engine, under the battery. I have a righthand drive march, Im not sure if the differs depending on which side the steering wheel is on?
I recommend you get your gearboxed flushed professional.

I have a Japanese right hand march converted to left hand drive, so it should be the same. I encircled the gearbox red. Am I right that is the one?
