I post too much, but i seriously need help!

Whilst in the brands hatch paddocks today, I gave a friend my keys to get his overalls out my boot. Helpfully, he closed the boot with the keys inside. It took five people, 2 screwdrivers and a reasonably sized hammer to open it again. Amazingly, the lock still just about works. But it can now be opened with a tea spoon and is destroyed. Will I be able to go to my nearest Nissan main dealer and buy a new lock with new key, or new lock that can be made to work with my current key. And would I be able to fit it myself?

yeah the scrappies should be your next stop for a lock and key. other than that Smooth your boot (Y)
