I have different 1.0 K10 Cambelt/Camshaft Pullys?

I have 3 different 1.0 K10 engines, and I have noticed that one of them has a different tooth pattern on the cambelt.

The first is from a 1991 (this is the different one)
The second is from an 1986
The third is from an unknown age automatic, but it has the twin inlet on the carb.

Anyone come across this before?

As I've just changed the head on my car, gone to put the cambelt back on and only then did I notice the difference?

I'm going to try swapping over the pulleys and see what happens?

the difference is that one has rounded teeth and the other has square teeth, i think they changed the design about 1986 ish and all the newer engines had the rounded teeth on.

hope this helps?

Any Idea if I can just change the cam pulley?

Yeah the older ones have bigger square teeth and less teeth on the belt, but the belts are the same length.

Any Idea if I can just change the cam pulley?

or will I have problems timing it up?

I can't get my head round it.
