how to fit rear disk brakes

Hello

I have rear drums and i want to put on rear diskbrake .
But i don't no how to

You either need a whole rear axle from a rear disc micra or you can get brackets from west midlands motorsport in the UK that will support the rear calipers.

Then you need the calipers, pads and discs, handbrake cable, hydraulic hoses for rear disc cars and im sure a few other bits. It can work out expensive.
