Help Please, Want to design a custome paint job

I'm in the process of customising my ST and i was hoping someone could direct me to a website/software package where I can design a custom paint job for a k10. I'm not planning anything too elaborate but would like to see my ideas before I commit to them.

I'll be getting all the rust cut out and get the suspension re-done before I do any of it but just wanted to make a start and get some ideas.

Adobe photoshop is a well known application for stuff like this.
