Heater help

My 2000 K11 heater is rubbish, I think maybe a flap inside is faulty, I have checked the cables and levers and all seem ok, is this a common problem?
Also any links to get a new exhaust system?

If it only works on 1 setting it maybe that you need a heater card which is located just above the passenger footwell (thick brown plug and 2 cross head screws) stick your head in the footwell and look up under the dash!? If it does work on all setting then yeah k11 heaters are ####!
As for the exhaust look on ebay for standard parts.....

Thanks for the reply, its not the electrics it works on all speeds, it barely blows out anything, my daughters micras heater works fine! so I have a comparison. its just it seems you have to take most of the dash out to reach it, I wondered if there was a quick fix.

it might be worth fitting a new thermostat devonrod :grinning:

i found one of them pipes slightly disconnected behind the dash-made a big difrunce wen reconected
just put your hand under behind the dash-- see if theirs windeage leaking
