Heater control valve

Hi all does,anyone know we're the heater control valve is on my mk11 yr 2000
My heater is grap yet top and bottom hose coming out of bulk head from heater matrix are hot

it's on the heater matrix port in the dash. valve & diverter vane cable controlled from knob

So what do I have to take apart to get at it ?

Sounds like an airlock, or your pollen filter is blocked....maybe.
