Headlamp beam adaptors for France

Hi can anyone help, we are taking our K12 across to France soon and have been worrying about adjusting the headlamps for driving on the continent.
I would use those stick on Halfords things to cover up left dip but the Micra has clear lenses so have know idea where to stick them.
Someone must of taken their Micra abroad, please help...
