handbrake warning light!

hey guys just wondering if anyone else has had the problem of the handbrake warning light being stuck on constantly. last time it happened just by coincidence it was time to change the discs and pads when i did this it went off. just wondering if its got some kind of sensor on the pedal for brake wear. its annoying me tho!!! ta dan

Top up your brake fluid. I didnt think the k11 had a low brake fluid sensor but there you go.

If you keep having to fill the brake fluid take it to a mechanic or find out where it is leaking before something fails and leaves you with no brakes!

Alternatively it could be the handbrake switch and the changing of the discs and pads was simply a freak chance of turning it off.

yeh could be im pretty sure its not leaking i been driving it like it for like 1000 miles lol!!! think my fluid is a little low though. jus seems weird, think my discs and pads do need a change tho
