Gearstick movement

Hi

I have a micra k14 35000 miles

When I accelerate and decelerate my gearstick moves a bit back and fourth

Also when I reverse fast i have a fast knocking underneath the car

Do you think it is a gearbox mount gone

Just néed a bit of help
