Fuel Filters

Quickly changed the fuel filter this morning before work, and I was just wondering if its normal for the filter to be full of fuel? The pipes had a little fuel in them but the filter was full of it.

I'm gonna hopefully get a box spanner or a really long socket at lunch today so I can finally check out the condition of meh sparkies

Yeah i think this is normal, i know mine leaked a little when it was changed
