Front Fog Light

Hello - can anyone tell me how to replace the bulb? I bought one in Halfords but didn't want to pay for install. I thought it couldn't be that hard....but there's nothing in the manual on how to do it. I got the black cover off but can't remove the clear plastic cover. The bulb inside is shattered.

I was feeling guilty about hitting that bird at 60mph but now I'm just annoyed!

does it not twist one way or the other i will have a look at the fog lights when i go to work and report back as i work right next to bumper paint where they put the fog lights into the micra bumpers
