Depends on whether or not the 97 Micra is a late pre-facelift or an early facelift...the pre-facelift bumper goes straight across and the facelift one has little indents where it fits around the bottoms of the headlight....
Presuming the bumper you're talking about is the same as mine, with the two foglight holes either side (2nd facelift)...yep...you'd just be swapping a 1st facelift for a second facelift...
