Nah. They're prefacelift.

Yes they do but you need to change the wings, head lights, grill and slam panel

Quite expensive then I am guessing. What options are there with the facelift bumper?

Not a lot it seems.
You can get a facelift bumper that has the small round foglights

Scrappy or Ebay would be good places to look. If you're lucky you may find an Si front bumper which will have the foglights already in place. Mine is the standard first facelift bumper to which I have retrofitted the fogs. The fog wiring is already in place btw . Have a bonus piccy or 2
