Its basically the standard manifold cut open and the restricted areas are widened to allow for better flow. Had one on my Super S, coupled with a Janspeed down-pipe and a straight pipe replacing the back-box there were noticeable gains backed up by quarter mile times. PM frank for details think he charged around £45 including delivery.

Yep that's correct mate, if you're careful you can peel away the old gasket in one piece and reuse it, or buy a new one.

Yeah for theprice they cost you better change them (you need a pair) while you're there, so when everything fitted you wont have the bad surprise to find a leak, order gaskets, wait for them and remove everything to fit them.
Frankspeed manifolds are the best, cheap and stealth (noise AND view wise).
