Hi guys just wanted to know if there is anyway of being able to use the foglights without switching the fullbeams on?

Pre facelift K11s don't actually have fog lights, they have what are known as "driving lamps" which are only designed to come on with full beam.

You could rewire them with a switch etc to turn them on when you want, but I think they point differently to foglights so they might not function very well as fogs.

I have some fog lamps for sale, they're luminator 3's have a look on Buy and Sell on here for a pic of them. Wiring is quite easy.

I thought fog lamps came on with just dipped beam?

Fogs do, driving lamps dont, they produce the wrong level of light for fog and you just get a white-out and cant see anything.

Fog lamps are supposed to shine light below the fog really, that's why they have a cutoff line so you have light below and not above or a more directional light but still below. That why the majority of vehicles have fogs nearest the ground.

I don't even have front fogs lol. The Mitsubishi Pajero (import) has yellow fogs above the bumper, they don't reflect as badly.

I can get hold of yellow fogs they're mainly export only because there yellow.
