Fixing throttle body ga15de

Hi, I have just fixed B14 throttle body to my K11 and I am experiencing some problem. When I floor the accelerator, it sound like more air is going in, but the speed does not seems to pick up. Was wondering if the problem is due to insufficient fuel problem? Anyone can offer advice? Maybe need to fix a FSE or Sard power boost valve???

A piggyback ECU would do the trick. I think an FSE power boost valve might do the trick a little but it would have to be tuned correctly.
