feeling a little wobbly - K11 automatic

i've had previous problems with the Air flow sensor (throttle body issue) which i have sorted, but, now, when lifting 'off' the accelarator, the engine almost judders a bit (like it would if you were driving a manual and lifted off the accelarator quickly in a low gear) it doesnt kangaroo as such, but it does this at higher speeds as well....

cant really describe it any other way. does it at around 30 mph and 40mph (accelarate then lift off to feel a slight judder).

not sure what the issue could be, can't seem to find anything on here or other websites...

when you accelarate the engine will rock
erm look at the mounts rubber could be perished

one ont he left of the engine one or the right and one underneath the gearbox at the front
